I'm generally always happy with Mark's Auto, my only comment is that I wish they had more knowledge on a vehicles factory warranty. Mark's suggested an $800 repair and I found out it's still covered under my factory warranty by calling the dealership. I know it's impossible to know everything, but it would show a lot of integrity to do that diligence and make sure on newer vehicles, putting the customer first, they'd make their money back in spades with the return and referral business.
Marc, I am sorry we were unable to notify you that your vehicle was still under warranty. Unfortunately we do not have any systems available to us that would allow us to look this information up. Usually we are very good about asking customers if they have a warranty on their vehicle, because we do honor most aftermarket warranty companies. But regardless, we will take it as a learning lesson, I am very glad that you were able to get it taken care of! Thanks for the feedback.
